7. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

  • Subscription payments are final unless otherwise stated at purchase.

8. API Usage & Rate Limits

Analyst44 does not guarantee uptime, real-time delivery, error-free data, or uninterrupted access. Service availability may vary due to infrastructure limitations or provider dependencies.

10. Prohibited Use

  • Reverse engineering, scraping, automation without permission, bot attacks.
  • Reselling data, copying models, white-labeling without authorization.
  • Attempting system manipulation including spoof requests or AI poisoning.

11. Liability Limitation

Analyst44 is not liable for losses, including financial loss, trading loss, data loss, or decision errors derived from platform usage.

12. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, UI, analytics designs, logic, and scoring systems are proprietary. Copying or redistribution is prohibited without written consent.

13. Privacy & GDPR Compliance

  • Users may request data export or deletion where applicable.
  • Personal data processing complies with GDPR where required.
  • Usage analytics may be collected to improve platform services.

14. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if activity violates policies, threatens infrastructure, or demonstrates suspicious behavior.
